On Saturday 20th September, Radio Seagull will be broadcasting on
9290 kHz Shortwave from 18h00 to 22h00 UTC.

The transmission will originate from the 100 kW shortwave transmitter
located at Ulbroka in Latvia.

After doing a Google search it would appear that this may be the same Radio
Seagull that is a webcaster in the Netherlands, and at one time there was a
Radio Seagull that broadcast from a ship in the North Sea. Perhaps there is a
connection between the one in the Netherlands and the former North Sea
broadcaster.

Certainly not a Gov't broadcaster...

I'm only active on 2 meters, and then only rarely. SW broadcast DX is my real
hobby.
