FRA-7700 Active Ant.

I have for sale a FRA-7700 Active Antenna for use with the FRG-7700 and
FRG-8800 receivers. I do not have the instruction sheet for it, but
operation of the unit is very intuitive.

The FRA-7700 is in good condition and just checked out on a FRG-7700.
The whip ant. is intact.

Asking $40.00 + 8.00 shipping.

I suppose it could be made to work on any receiver, however it is made to
plug into the FRG-7700 and 8800 to get it's power. One would have to wire up
a special plug or tap into the wires to power it properly.

N8KDV,

Nothing special is required to make it work with any radio: One
standard 9VDC Battery across two pins and it works. Or use a 9VDC AC
Adapter (~100mA) and a proper mating Jack/Plug for a more constant
power source.

Gee, I thought that was pretty much what I said to begin with! Thanks for the
clarification though.
