Time station STN?

I was listening to WWV on 15000 this morning about 1430-UTC (Saturday,
USA) and heard some faint tones repeating in the background. It sounded
like morse code for the letters STN. I can't find a listing for a time
station with these letters. Anybody know more about it?

I can hear that from a silly 6BE6 breadboarded SW receiver fair strong here in
Vancouver, BC.

Never heard of "STN", but I know that BPM from China makes it to the
West Coast regularly. Also used to hear BSF (Taiwan) and JJY (Japan)
occasionally.

If the signal was really weak and you couldn't hear all the tones, you
could mistake BPM for STN.

Well, the is an RTA - in Russia - conditions might have been bad and you

Not on the decommisioned list is ATA in India, which as far as I know has not
been operational for 3 years (per Jose Jacob in India), however it is still
shown on the active list.

I listened carefully to the three letter code many times, so I'm quite
sure I got it right. However I'm not certain it was a time station. I
didn't actually hear any time info' other than WWV.
