YUP, Think I'll DX a little if I can keep my eyes open after
all that Q. My little dog Charlie is doing a job on the
bones I bought home for him (happy dog).

I'm going to put up one of those square things for an antenna
one of these day, joined their email list. Hope it will work
better then my Pan-AN something. (Loaded antenna).

I was listening to the PHC tonight. Garrison Keillor also said it was a
nippy night there. Did you get your first frost yet?

No frost yet, but I think that out here in the
suburbs, we'll see frost tonight. KSTP's
meteorologist said the low for the metro.
area tonight will be 33. I'm expecting frost.
Went to Lake Marion today, but I couldn't
stay for long since the wind was coming right
off the bottom end of the lake (South end),
and the wind was around 25 mph (at a temp-
erature in the mid - forties).

'Course, I built a shielded coaxial antenna
last night, and the EMI problem I was dealing
with just darned near disappeared! No kidding,
I was listening to a five - land QSO on 160, and
that's something I've not been able to do since
moving here late last Winter.

What fun!
