Radio Ukraine - a little more info
 

ILG does show one broadcast daily at a power of 1,000,000W - their
foreign service broadcast toward the northern Americas, but it lists it
as 12040 (though lists are out of date the day they're published, of
course). The programming was in Ukrainian earlier, but switched to
English at 0300, exactly as stated in ILG. So there is a mil watt
transmitter - sonofagun!
