Palstar R30 LW Performance?

Any good?

J999w October 6th 03 07:28 PM

See the prior thread on the R-30. Mine sux, but I guess is fixable. No problem
with front end overload even with 700ft of wire attatched, but the sensitivity
on mine is down some 20-25db compared to my R71a. MW performance is excellent !

Looking for more info on this mod before I get the soldering iron out.

I have never owned one and never used one, but I have also never read
anything less than a very enthusiastic review of one. Evidently quite a
little piece of work.

What does that have to do with the aforementioned subject line
( Palstar R30 LW Performance)?

You might want to repost, using a new subject line.
