Recommendation for earbud headphones
Now that I have bought a new Yaesu VR-120 and Kaide KK-9702 (and
ordered a Tecsun pl-230), I need to get a good pair of earbud headphones. These will be used for travel and backpacking. I currently have a pair of Radio Shack Digital that are about 8 years old. They have a volume control on the line that I like because you can turn it down quickly if someone talks to you. What recommendations do you all have? Thanks. Rambler |

I found a mono earbud (for use in one ear only) at Rat Shack that has
served well for several years, it was about $3. Like with all earbuds, the foam needs periodic replacement. Rat Shack used to (don't know if they still do) carry replacement foam pads. What I like about only using one ear is that it makes it easier to hear what's going on around you. If you want sound in both ears check out what's available from Koss and Sony. A quick trip to BestBuy or any similar store should solve your dilemma.
