I doubt it.
It is an analog tuned system not synthesized like the modern radios So as I recall --- it has RF and Oscillator tuned circuits for each ham band. Perhaps an external VFO of some sort but you will would still have the problem of tuning the RF stages. Easier to buy a modern SWL receiver.
