I placed an order for QSL Card sleeves from QSL Shack in August and
received the order without a problem. I placed a second order in the
middle of September and have not recieved the merchandise and the
money transaction has been completed with PayPal, so my money has gone
to the vendor.

I've emailed the owner three times over the last few weeks without a
response, none of the emails have bounced. I really like his product
and am writing the group to see if anyone knows the owner. Hopefully
he is all right, but if anyone has any information, it would be
appreciated.
