Is this LORAN?

Heard in southeast Texas:

When I tune up from 100 kHz (the lowest my Drake R8 goes) in LSB, I hear
something like a dot matrix printer repeating at about 2 cycles/second.

I can hear it up to about 120 kHz.

It's not coming from inside the radio or the room.

Is it LORAN?
