As it happens, I not only own an ICF-7601, but also a service manual.
(Which, BTW, although not being an original Sony one, didn't really cost
me a fortune, EUR 9,00 plus VAT and shipping. These guys also offer
ordering facilities in plain English (with credit card payment):
http://www.schaltungsdienst.com/gb/index.html) As it happens, I also
have a scanner in reach...
http://stephan.win31.de/icf-7601-adjustments.gif (This involved two
different Paint Shop Pro versions to put together, was a bit tricky.)
http://stephan.win31.de/icf-7601-schematic-l.gif
http://stephan.win31.de/icf-7601-schematic-r.gif
(Is there some app that gets along with "schematic puzzles" out there?)
