Here is the mail he sent to me last summer as I asked him about the specs of
the X-tal you are looking for:

My name is Eddy Visser, I designed this PLAM unit a long time ago.
I am currently living in Vietnam. I don't have any parts for this PLAM unit
and also no diagrams.
This email was forwarded to me by Eska Crystals in Denmark
The specs for the 9M4D X-tal filter are as follows:
Centre frequency 9.000 MHz
Number of poles : 6
Bandwidth at -6dB : 4 kHz
Bandwidth at -60dB about 8 kHz (shape factor 1:2)
This filter was manufactured in Japan.

I'm using this crystal filter since about 15 years with an ESKA PLAM Unit on
my IC-R71. I'm very very pleased with it.
