Radio Japan awful reception
 

Normally local-sounding Radio Japan 6145 from Sackville is very marginal
in Ohio tonight at 19:00 EST. It's barely copiable. Fortunately
the interview segment sounds dull so I'm not missing a gem.

listenable signal---not great but not bad. This at 7:36 EST or 00:36 UTC.

at 6 UTC 11715
