Pirate: WNPR on 6955 at 0025-UTC

Listening to pirate WNPR on 6955-AM at 0025-UTC. Signal is very good in
northeast US. Averaging S-9 or better on R8B with inverted-L antenna.

He went off the air by 0100-UTC. How often has WNPR been heard? Does he
always use 6955?

It's WMPR. "Micro powered radio" They use 6955 and 6925. Often heard
around that time. They seem to broadcast a few shows during the week
and then disapear for a few weeks or more.

Thanks for the correction. I listened several times to his ID and
thought is was W*N*PR but I wasn't certain. What is his probable QTH?
