Well, the thing to do is not reply at all. I mean, if you don't care, then
*actually* don't care.
But if you DO reply, don't bother REPOSTING the whole thing that ****ed you off
in the first place. It's just more clutter, which is what you want to avoid
anyway, right? Use filters, as this stuff flies around in here all the time.
