I forgot to point out in my first mail about this Grundig matter that above statement is quite wrong. As I already said in North America Eton produces some items (mainly radios) under licensing agreement with Grundig and sells them in North America under the brandname of Grundig. Eton does not have the rights to use Grundig brandname in Europe markets. And Tescun in not the only OEM producer of Eton and Grundig Germany radios. It is only one of them so it is wong to say that "Tescun is Grundig Asia or something like that" ![]() About Tescun situation is like with most electronics and computer industrie - to save costs European and North American companies simply order their products from Chinese and other Asian OEM companies. In general products were enginered by European and North American companies themselves, but it seems lately that now sometimes even engineering is already made in China ![]() electronic industrie European and North American companies are becoming more and more simply redistributing and branding companies.
