The language was Portugese and my current database didn't show it as being
inactive. Showed current. I didn't see any other listing for that frequency either. Not in any of the databases. Didn't get a definate ID though, signal was very weak. There currently is no shortwave broadcasting from Mozambique, the shortwave transmitters were decommissioned in 2001. At any rate, it would be kind of difficult for 3280 to propagate to N.
