A reminder to all that the Queen's Christmas Message to the Commonwealth
will be broadcast at 1606 on Christmas day, Dec. 25. Probably on all
available frequencies at that time.

One other thing to remember is the full strike of Big Ben at 0000 hours
UTC on January 1st, 2004, on available frequencies at that time. That
will take place at and just prior to 7 PM EST on December 31, 2003.
