Nope, it's not available outside N. America, and not legal for reception
outside the US. Satellites are marvelous things, but they still can't
possibly cover more than half the planet, and most significantly less than
that, for power economy.

Check out the "XMPCR" receiver thats on sale at www.xmradio.com for $49.95!
it uses your PC for the display and works VERY well.Plugs into the USB port
and gets it's power from there. Comes with a home style antenna (looks like
the one that comes with the boombox/Skyfi). Just got mine this weekend,
makes 4 Xm radios in this household....Eddie

No. It's not available out of the U.S.

It does rock however! I have it! Screw the commercial assholes with their
22 minutes (or more) of commercials per hour!

The satellite's footprints are limited to the US (+/-), thus you
would not be able to receive it in China.
