I also have a listing for AFRTS in Sigonella, Sicily at 4993 USB, but
I've never raised them on that frequency.

into google.

Substitute name of city as desired (I knew there are troops in Vicenza so
that's what I tried).

Then you're out of luck. On shortwave, that's the only mode they use.
