Tony Meloch responded in great detail to my post regarding short wave radio
reception and mentioned a program called RLDB and recommened I get it.

What is it and how does one obtain it?

Well, I published this in my original post to you - all you had to do

Slide about 2/3 of the way down the page, and read the FAQ. Then slide
down further and download the program - it's free. It's easier to see
