A wide range of Roberts radios are readily available in the UK, Paul, and
very popular.

I looked at a Roberts 9914 (re-badged Sangean ATS-505) for a xmas present.
It's one of the portable SW receivers recomended by the BBC for
World-Service reception by Brits on holiday, and has "BBC world service"
printed on the bottom LH corner under the speaker.
