Winter is over

Oh what wonderful weather, 80 to 90's during the day and 50's at
night. Never got below 38 this year and then maybe for two or three nights.

I just ordered my new Panama for this year.

We sure could have used a lot more rain before the fires and a lot
less after the fires but that's life. Lots of snow up in the mountains
for weekend skiing, lots of melt for this years water table.

We had a nice winter, glad it's over!!

We're enjoying the fine -15/F nip in the air. Take a deep breath and
your nose freezes shut. We're mouth breathers this time of year.

Same thing here in Windsor (across the river from Detroit and not too far

Burr January 15th 04 12:44 AM

I guess that's cold, I wonder if I put the top on the car and drove up
in the mountains if it would be that cold??
I don't know, think I'll get my sun block and go to the beach and fly a
kite.

It's been about the same here near Galveston, Burr, but without the fires and
the snowy mountains. Heck, there ain't no mountains except the tops of the
freeway flyovers.

JW: I LOVE it ... bring it on.

Isn't that what Dubya once said. Be careful of what you wish for. G

In a just world, we'd be able to load up massive cargo
planes with all the snow falling on us, fly there, and
bury your house 20 feet under.

^_^

Unfortunately, the world is not just...
