single IF, but "works as a dual conversion radio"

Inquired about the kaito KA 105 to Kaito USA http://www.kaitousa.com/KA105.htm asked if it was single IF or double IF Got the reply back: "It is a single IF, but works as a dual conversion radio" - Is this possible? Dan |
