The funded by the US government radio stations Free Europe and Freedom are
to stop transmitting their programs for Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia,
Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.

RFE (We) can buy air time in country now and distribute the
programming via local radio and tv at a lower cost.
