And those twits want me to pay for that? You know what they can do with
their receiver.

As of 1 February, XM will have about 25 channels with commercials (all
N/T), Sirius will have a few over 30. Neither has commercials on the
music channels.

Yeah, but you spoke as though all national radio is in the past.

In the context of nationwide radio advertising. But I'm not real
familiar with sattelite radio. So, how much nationwide advertising is
on sattelite radio?

In most cases, the commercials that he is referring to are ones like those
embedded in the "Fox News" television audio feed that XM simply
rebroadcasts.

Are you some kind of Neanderthal?

Every time you buy a so-called ''brand-name'' product you are probably
giving more money for promotion than for the actual goop in the
package. Advertising makes you pay whether you use the medium or not.

This makes sense to you? You're happy to play along?

It's amazing how many people can't follow a conversation. They go off on a
tangent then get all mouthy about it. I guess they figure if they are going
to look like an idiot., they might as well do it loudly. Reading
comprehension is getting to be a thing of the past.
