2nd hand SW RX'r sought

Hi all!
I have a yupiteru mvt7100 at the moment and find myself below
30mhz most of the time. Now, even though my receiver has SSB I feel the time
has come to upgrade to a dedicated HF receiver.
Budget constraints leave me with the option of ebay bargain hunting
below £100. Any ideas on what to look out for? I seem to remember the Target
was a cheap but useable radio. And wasn't there a Tandy (radio shack) £99
one a few years ago?

Any tips welcome......

1mhz to 30mhz, SSB, AM.... have a long wire to howes ATU.

Hmm. I'm not too familiar with prices in the UK, but maybe a Sony
ICF-2001D fits you budget, they usually sell around 150 EUR here.
However, it's not the kind of radio you'd use on a longwire with no
preselector, at least here in Europe.

These are pretty basic no-frills receivers, though I have no idea what a
comparable portable would cost.

Probably a rebadged Sangean. The ATS-909 (DX-398) is a decent rig,
though a bit deaf on the whip alone. No idea what you can get in terms
of older communications receivers, not that much probably (at least
among those worth having in terms of performance).
