Yep, that's India, should be on the freq in English until 0045.

You might want to check the \\ frequencies of 11620, and 9950, audible here, with
11620 being the best.

Conditions are not that great here at the moment unless you are fond of the
ten million frequencies of Family Radio LOL. That 11.645 fqy was barely
audible.
