Voice of Korea 'beep'

What's the beeping I hear exactly every three seconds on/over VOK on 9335 at
1000 and 1400 UTC? Sounds to me like they are using VOK as a beacon for
aviation? It's been going on for about a month now.

Interesting, but in this day of $100 GPS units, it seems unlikely they
would use HF for air navigation...
