yeah, but unfortunately, you probably can't get him for false advertising since
some intelligent lawyer will truthfully argue that it is a shortwave radio
since shortwave radios cover anything between 1710 MHZ and 30 MHZ, and since a
CB coverage is 26 MHZ and 27 MHZ, that it is indeed a "shortwave radio".

but then when was the last time you ever saw an intelligent lawyer? ;)
