First time I have heard them, and they had a pretty good signal, but a lot
of fluctuation in it. Do they speak Swahili there ? Passport has "English
etc.", and they were not speaking English s. Two men having a conversation
with several mentions of Zambia.

Also:

R. France Int'l via Moyabi Gabon in French news discussion. Not as good a
signal as Zambia.

FWIW listening to CODAR was able to clearly hear the echos .... weird
feeling, and pitch much higher than pulse being sent.
