SS 3+ on SAT800 w/full-length G5RV and AT100 active antenna

Is this fishing chat?? I'm rather good at ID'ing languages, but this
has me stumped....sounds possibly like a patois (French Canadian???)

Have it recorded so that I can try and decypher later--but any help is
