I have not found VOR's broadcast here at 0100 :-( The only thing I can think of for this dilemma is that perhaps VOR is not retiming it's broadcasts one hour earlier to North America is because we have not gone to DST yet. I kept listening until 0215 in case Moscow Mailbag would start at 0210 but news continued.
