I'm not sure when it will be moved up to the 'current' position, but

I'm sure it will be moved up into the 'current' position soon, and of
course it gets updated on a regular basis.

The A04 period starts in about eight and a half hours!

Yes, I suppose it would. Have a lot more than 216 QSL's though, those are just
the individual countries. I think I must have at least 375 here. And that
might be considered a small amount. I know some who have many, many more.
