3/27/04, 1300-1330 UTC, 4450khz AM, Weak signal, and according to ILG
Database, it's the Korean National Democratic Front!

Pretty cool, I've never picked up these guys before, but I suppose it's from
the same transmitter that Voice of Korea is on.
