Default What's Radio Netherlands' new English freqs for NAm?

Ever since the start of the A04 season on Sunday, Radio Netherlands has
been broadcasting Spanish instead of English on 6165 and 9590 khz at
0400. EiBi A04 schedule still shows them in English, and Radio
Netherlands' website www.rnw.nl has not been updated for A04. This is
the second time in a year that they've rearranged their English tx's,
but unlike the last time their website isn't any help. I'm stumped. Any
ideas?
