To subscribe to the daily bulletin, simply send an empty
e-mail to and wait for an e-mail
requesting confirmation. Reply to this email, typing "OK" in
the body of the message. You will then receive the e-mail
bulletin automatically at approximately 0430 UTC every day.

The bulletin consists of short world news and current affairs
items covering the past 24 hours.
