Indeed, the post itself contains its most likely explanation: a "Joe Job". Where someone with a bone to pick prepares a plausible message, supposedly sent by their victim, and with headers forged to cause it to appear the message was in fact sent by their victim. Look at your own post. It claims to be from someone at the domain "no.spam" - which (as of course you know) doesn't exist. My "invalid.invalid" of course doesn't exist either.
