Default Air America Radio to launch the San Francisco Bay area

Is this available on shortwave please?

Air America Radio, the new liberal talk radio network, is reportedly to
launch in the San Fransciso Bay Area, though no startup date has been
announced. Two stations that currently offer Asian-language programming -
KVTO-AM 1400 San Francisco and KVVN-AM 1430 in San Jose - have been
selected. Both are owned by Inner City Broadcasting Corp., which also owns
Air American Radio's New York flagship station, WLIB-AM 1190. Inner City
sparked controversy when it replaced WLIB's black-themed talk format with
Air American's format, and there's likely to be more controversy over the
loss of Asian programming in the Bay area.
