Pastor Peter John (Pete) Peters is on 6010 Khz right now coming out of
Germany, I think.

"Now" is 20:00 EDT or 00:00 UTC

He can be heard again in two hours & three hours (10 & 11 PM / 22:00 &
23:00 EDT, 02:00 & 03:00 UTC) at 5070 Khz but I'm not sure it will be
the same as what's on now. This may be a rebroadcast of last night's
message.

If Pete Peters is a "pastor" then does that make profit Stair a "prophet"?

What makes him less qualified as a pastor than other radio pastors? I've
listened to a few hours of his broadcasts now, and he seems to base his
program on the Christian bible...Is that the problem?
