A 3.5 mm plug is standard. You should be able to get this from most
electronic parts suppliers.

I know their supposed to be 'close enough' but actually it's driving me
crazy.
An 1/8" plug is actually 3.175mm, ever so slightly smaller than 3.5mm

This causes headphones with a 1/8" plug to not fit snug enough into my
Japanese
radio headphone jacks, which in turn causes the headphones to only work in
one
ear unless you maintain slight pressure on the plug to make proper contact.

Anyone else have this prob? Any solutions? Did a Google search and there
are
no 1/8" to 3.5mm adapters.

thanks

elfa

Yes, but putting one on in place of the 1/8" plug molded on a set of 'phones
is tough. Curse the metric system! :
