I saw a couple of these on eBay and it stated it was for 220v. Is
there a switch or something to switch to 110v or do you have to get an
adapter or just run from batteries?

Thanks,
Dan

Please don't buy these radios from China. That little oval gold
sticker that says "made in China" won't make you proud. How can you
show this radio to your friends? Please, buy a Drake. If you can't
afford it then buy an older American radio on Ebay. Do your part
dude.
