Six months before Election Day, President Bush receives the support of 44 percent of voters and Kerry 41 percent in the national poll of registered voters conducted for Fox News by Opinion Dynamics Corporation (search). The new results are within the poll's margin of error, as has been the case in Fox News poll head-to-head presidential matchups for more than two months. |

I could have sworn there was a discussion about what constitutes the makeup of either the 'right' or 'left. You had been in the newsgroup a little while by then and had just recently started the SWL hobby. I don't think I'm losing it... mike while by then |

MWB,
If you are 'posting' "Directly-on-to-GOOGLE" via your ISP. Then GOOGLE may 'limit' you to a certain number of posts per 24 Hour period. [ If you use a News Reader {Service} then you may not have this problem. ] jm2cw ~ RHF .. .. = = = ocom (Michael Bryant) wrote in message = = = ... From: N8KDV Back to using the fake callsign again Fat Boy? Yep, someone must've complained. AOL wouldn't let me post to newsgroups until this morning. The problem is that neocons are blocked on the other account. Time to look for another ISP. Michael 'I fabricate!' Bryant wrote: From: "-=jd=-" Unless you are way off the deep-end on some other newsgroup, I find it incredulous that AOL restricted your account due to your posting activity in here. If, as you say, you were unable to post to newsgroups, does that mean you were able to login and get far enough to determine that newsgroup posting was not available? That sounds to me more like AOL's news server was unavailable (maintenance, network-issues, whatever) - not that there was any sort of conspiracy or simple complaint that caused AOL to restrict your ability to post. There's no indication you should jump to a paranoid conclusion so quickly... This AOL Usenet reader would let me read, but not reply. Based on past experience, it's either someone making a complaint or AOL has some sort of maximum number of allowable replies in a 24-hour period. I was able to re-post this morning and found my self restricted again this afternoon. After calling AOL Tech service in Bombay, they were able to throw a switch and let me reply to USENET messages. Hope it lasts. Better apologise to me ****head... |

I have the same problem..
I contacted AOL Tech support; its a system problem, they don't have any idea when it'll be fixed.. Dan This AOL Usenet reader would let me read, but not reply.
