Default Problems with a Sat. 700 - Bavarian Radios' address - Help !

Hi,
I have 2 problems with a Sat 700 that I just bought on eBay / Germany:
a) it seems impossible to change the bandwith allthought both symbols
appear correctly on the display monitor when pushing the button. The default
bandwith seems to be the smaller one.
b) the stereo reception is impossible, even with brand new batteries, even
with a correct antenna, even with a VFH stereo transmitter 800 meters from
home. "STEREO" does'nt appear at all on the display monitor. There is no
stereo output neither with earphones nor with ext. loudspeakers. When
pushing the MONO button, "MONO" appears on the display at the right place.
The receiver is very sensitive, sometimes even a little more than my Sat.
600 Pro. RDS reception is also splendid.

I don't have any shematic of the rig.

Does anybody have any idea to fix the problem?

Now I want to contact Bavarian Radio in order to explain them the problem
but I don't know their URL. Maybe there is a repair shop also in Germany ?

Any help would be very welcome !
Thanks in advance
