Looks like "he seen the light" on his way to the big house. He's gonna be a missionary to the convicts now. |

A Lloyd with determination! OUt of curiosity, what was this 17 girl doing in the Patrol car? ======================================== On Oct. 14, 2001, Catron’s worst fears about Anderson were confirmed. As Anderson was returning from a white supremacist gathering in North Carolina, he was pulled over by Bell County Sheriff’s Deputy Sheriff Scott Elder. Anderson’s traffic offense was a busted tail light. Elder asked Anderson if he had any weapons, at which point Anderson stepped out of his pickup truck and began peppering Elder’s cruiser with gunfire from his semiautomatic assault weapon. Elder’s 17-year-old girlfriend crouched on the cruiser’s floor miraculously escaping serious injury from more than 20 shots that riddled the vehicle. Elder also escaped uninjured. http://somerset-kentucky.com/search....detail&ID=3600 ======================================== mike |

The municipality/county would be liable if anything went wrong. Are they insured for 'civilians' keeping police 'company'? The litigation lawyers would get pretty excited if she was hurt. mike |

But on the long night patrols in rural appalachia it's a pretty common practice for deputies to have someone ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ with them to help keep them awake on the, long monotonous patrol routes. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Sure......I'll bet there were plenty of condoms and rubber gloves in the glovebox also. Wonder if they "got kinky" and used the handcuffs or other accutorments of the law enforcement trade for other erotic usages in the process? ; ) The young lady could've easily ended up wounded or worse. More likely she ended up pregnant by a member of the local constabulary in the backseat of a Crown Vic Police Interceptor! I wonder, do the rear seats fold down on those cars so you can use the seatbacks/trunkfloor as a quick mattress...? I'm guessing that The Colonel will be very judicious in his use of the "n" word from here on. Past that, we wish him a successful rehabilitation and even an early out. And I hope nothing bad happens to the family property while he's gone. |

An a-typical response from a severely troubled individual with a history of bipolar disorder. A few years from now he'll likely pull a "Jimmi Swaggart" or a "Profit Stair". ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "Religious creeds encourage some of the craziest kinds of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and favor severe manifestations of neurosis, borderline personality states, and sometimes even psychosis." - Albert Ellis (note: Anyone who doubts the efficacy of the quote by Ellis above need only look to the modern Middle East - both Jews and Islamics included in the overall equation and example of the same!) "Religion is the brainchild of fear, and fear is the parent of cruelty. The greatest evils inflicted on humankind are perpetrated not by pleasure-seekers, self-seeking opportunists, or those who are merely amoral, but by fervent devotees of religion." - Emmanuel Kofi Mensah "The Christians say, that among the ancient Jews, if you committed a crime you had to kill a sheep. Now they say 'charge it.' 'Put it on the slate.' The Savior will pay it. In this way, rascality is sold on credit, and the credit system in morals, as in business, breeds extravagance." - Robert Ingersoll "The available divorce data show that marital breakdown is now considerably more common in the Bible Belt than in the secular Northeast. . . .
