RHF, if you are going to use condescending
expressions like "Class Dismissed," at least
learn the correct names of the things you're
lecturing about. There's no such thing as
the "Electorial College." Also, it you're
going to use hoity-toityisms like "per se"
learn to spell them correctly. "Per Say" is
gibberish.

By the way, is there any logic the words
you choose to capitalize? I think at one
time it was customary or at least acceptable
to capitalize nouns, but you seem to capitalize
nouns, verbs, adverbs more or less at random.
