Try 7160 from 16:00 to 18:00 UTC
9740 from ????? to 16:00 UTC
15360 from 05:00 to ????? UTC

*(????? = ya gotta sleep sometime)

These are the frequencies that make it from Singapore to Seattle.

Also 3915, 6195 in the morning and 15280, 17760 and 21660 in the
evening. They're on their chart, I've picked them up occasionally,
but they're don't reliably get this far.

You could also try 11835 and 5975 from 1:00 to 3:00, as they
are from Florida aimed at the Caribbean.

I could only get BBC very infrequently in Colorado. I think it came
out of Africa or was directed at Africa or something. Don't remember
the frequency.

I have a self-scheduled night job, so sleep isn't an obstacle for me.

I can hear BBC World Service on 5975 in Northern Pennsylvania from about
00:00UTC to about 04:00UTC. The 5975 broadcast supposedly originates in the
Caribbean and is aimed at Central America, so it might be worth a try.
