This "secret report" has been discussed in about eighty kazillion
newsgroups and fifty gigabillion news stories over the last 3-4
months, and was "suppressed" by no one (a blatant lie in the story).
Are you trying so hard up to compete with Mr. Bryant for the coveted
title of "King of the Off-Topic News Item Posters" that you're
