Propagation shift. Band is going long.
WBCQ 7.415 skipping over the Lower-48
and going down to Central and South America.

It's not listenable in CT tonight...usually fine at this time in
summer...almost never can get it in winter after the early evening.

Coming in fine here. Not quite as strong as usual, just an S9. It's
usually about 20 over 9. Radio New York International.

They are coming in very well (S9+10) in my QTH of Edmonton, Alberta at 0220
UTC. Freq. is 7415 kHz.
