Lets go to Mexico
TRY THIS - Go Ahead................I Dare You! Enter Mexico illegally. Never mind immigration quotas, visas, international law, or any of that nonsense. Once there, demand that the local government provide free medical care for you and your entire family. Demand bilingual nurses and doctors. Demand free bilingual local government forms, bulletins, etc. Procreate abundantly. Deflect any criticism of this allegedly irresponsible reproductive behavior with, "It is a cultural United States thing. You would not understand, pal." Keep your American identity strong. Fly Old Glory from your rooftop, or proudly display it in your front window or on your car bumper. Speak only English at home, and in public, and insist that your children do likewise. Demand classes on American culture in the Mexican school system. Demand a local Mexican driver license. This will afford other legal rights and will go far to legitimize your unauthorized, illegal, presence in Mexico. Insist that local Mexican law enforcement teach English to all its officers. Good luck! You'll be demanding for the rest of time. Because it will never happen. In Mexico or any other country in the world... Except right here. Land of the Naive. God Bless America--She needs it. Author unknown |

BURR,
When ever anyone starts saying how 'Terrible & Unjust' the USofA is towards "Illegal Immigrants" form Mexico and other countries. I simply asked them to show me where Mexico has provided those same Rights and Benefits to US Citizens who are "Legally" living in Mexico. Who want to Invest in Mexico and 'create' Jobs in Mexico. You don't have to sneak into Mexico. You just drive across the
border. On Thu, 03 Jun 2004 21:42:15 GMT, Burr wrote: TRY THIS - Go Ahead................I Dare You! Enter Mexico illegally. BAD,
- Solar only works during Sun Light. NOT a 24&7 Power Source ! - Windmills only work when the Wind Blows. NOT a 24&7 Power Source ! - Oil, Gas and Coal Fueled Power Plants = Air Pollution and other Environment Problems. - Current Nuclear Technology has it Long Term Environment and Health Dangers. Although Cold Fusion may some day be a Reality. http://www.coopcomm.org/nonukes/safenrgy.htm + HYDRO-POWER Dams for Generation and Reservoirs for Natural Energy Storage are still the 'best choice' for a "Clean" Power Source that does Produce Power 24&7 and provides many other Social Benefits to Society. Plus Hydro-Power provides many other Social Benefits: Flood Control; Water Management for Wild Life and Recreation; and Clean Water for Agriculture and People. There are plenty of places where there IS wind 24/7, such as mountain areas (the average wind speed on Mt. Washington (VT?) is over 100 MPH. On coastal areas there is wind almost all the time. Also, electricity generated by windmills is stored in batteries for times of no wind. It is a 24/7 power source. |

Sure, the energy can be stored in other ways besides batteries, as well. I've read about a plan to pump water up a tall tower and recover the energy through water turbines. That's what that whole hydrogen power scheme is all about. It's really energy storage. Energy is used to break down water into hydrogen and oxygen, and is recovered when the hydrogen and oxygen are recombined. The energy from solar power will correspond roughly with daytime demand. Not so with wind power, but power is power, and the existing generators should be throttled back to take advantage of days when wind power is abundant. Frank Dresser |
